Our Story

The Rusty Magnolia (formerly The Glass Porch) has reopened as a completely new and exciting store – "An Eclectic Mix of Old and New!" 

We now have a collection of over 15 distinct vendors offering everything from vintage collectibles to architectural salvage. Our hand selected vendors have top quality unique items (new and antique).  Our selection changes every day and you never know when you will find a surprise sale!  We also carry LAMPE BERGER/MAISON BERGER PARIS.

We are happy to be a part of Picayune’s growing downtown historic district and the Mississippi Antique Trail.  We have several great vintage stores within a 1 mile walk as well as fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and a to-die-for bakery & cupcake shop! Stop by for a visit, you might even catch our owner and Home Town Hero Mr. Bill Edwards who can tell you just about anything you might want to know about antiqes and Picayune.
